FORMULA One star LEWIS HAMILTON has revealed his tip for beating jet lag - stopping off to meet his girlfriend.
The Brit driver, 25 - dating PUSSYCAT DOLLS stunner NICOLE SCHERZINGER, 31 - is constantly flying around the world for races.
But on his way to last month's Australian GP in Melbourne, where he came sixth, the pair met up in LA.
Lewis said: "It was probably the best trip in terms of jet lag.
"Normally you spend a night in China and get to Australia a bit tired.
"So I got to stay in LA for a couple of days then slept the whole way.
"The secret is meeting up with your girlfriend half-way."
